I am still alive

…and I even have taken my XP Deus out a couple of times!

I have found a fistful of wheat cents and not much else. Next weekend, I plan on taking a trip with Steveouke and other members of the Friendly Metal Detecting Forum. We are hitting some very old private properties that have not been touched by other detectorists. It should be fun!

I await with anticipation the release of the XP Deus software version 3, as well as the release of the 11 inch coil. Both ought to make an impressive machine even more impressing.

I also can’t wait to see what Fisher has in store for us. Rumors are flying everywhere. I know what I would like to see: a light, collapsible, wireless, multi-frequency machine. We’ll see.
